What’s included in a Rutinea membership?
Every Rutinea membership gives you access to the complete Rutinea experience, including your level assessment, personalised learning path, weekly guided routine, Routine Coach and practice across grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening.
The experience is the same whichever plan you choose — Founder Monthly, Monthly or Annual.
What is the Founder Monthly offer?
Founder Monthly is our limited launch offer for early members. It gives you the complete Rutinea membership for £8.99 per month, compared with the regular monthly price of £14.99.
Founder Monthly is available on a monthly subscription only and will be offered for a limited time around the launch of Rutinea.
How long do I keep my Founder price?
You keep the £8.99 monthly Founder price for as long as your Founder subscription remains active.
If you cancel your subscription and later return to Rutinea, the Founder price will no longer apply.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Your membership starts with 7 days of full access to Rutinea at no charge. If you don’t cancel during the trial, your chosen subscription starts automatically and your first payment is taken after the trial ends.
You can cancel during the trial if you decide Rutinea isn’t for you.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
After your free trial ends and your first payment is taken, you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund of that first payment.
To request a refund, contact support@rutinea.com within the 14-day period. The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new eligible subscription and does not restart if you cancel and subscribe again.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. If you cancel a Founder Monthly subscription, you’ll lose access to the Founder price when that subscription ends.
Annual memberships can also be cancelled to prevent renewal at the end of the current paid period.
